2020 is About Mental Health Awareness and Standing Kids Up As Usual

This is just a quick community update. First, thank you to Jefferson County schools in West Denver for being one of our best partners.

I’m continuing to create content that brings light to Mental Health Awareness. I’m also working on bringing my community more value in general. I will continue to expand upon my Podcast, School of Standing Up, by highlighting new guests as well as clips of their wisdom and cutouts of important lessons they share on the show.

I have accumulated a plethora of knowledge while building up the School of Standing Up and I’m going to continue sharing more content, more stories, more truth, more ideas, more exposure.

Lastly, I will continue sharing my journey of preparing for the IronMan 70.3 Steelhead in Benton Harbor, Michigan on June 28th.
