Ukrainian Choir Only Got 15 Minutes Notice for SNL Performance

There has been an outpouring of support for Ukraine from across the United States, and it was on full display at the SAG Awards. Actors wore blue and yellow pins, the colors of Ukraine’s flag. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry also acknowledged the struggling Ukrainians at the NAACP Image Awards. “Saturday Night Live” opened with a Ukrainian choir singing the country’s national anthem in lieu of the usual cold open sketch. Choir members said they had 15 minutes to prepare for the performance.
