Mark Stubbs was a superfit 28-year-old living life to the full - until he was struck down with the coronavirus and almost lost his life. Mark describes how although he was really healthy he felt like he had been struck by a bus, couldn't sit up in bed and was coughing up blood whilst in ICU for 13 days. Despite being a marathon runner with strong and healthy lungs, Mark still struggles with breathing and has liver damage with a long recovery still ahead. Mark has a stark warning for those who refuse to follow the government's guidelines.
