Swim Response Helping Hand: Breaststroke, Breathing and Flip Turns

How to DIY
Published on Jun 3, 2019
Are you a lap swimmer looking for a little helpful advice? Well this channel is exactly what you are looking for. Each week I try to answer a few questions and get everyone off on the right foot for your next week of swimming. Don't be shy, ask away. This week I answer questions about breaststroke, breathing and flip turns...hope these answers help you out and best of luck out there

How to ask a question????
On YouTube, simply ask a question in the comment section of one of my videos..…that’s it..you’re done. I monitor these responses daily. I will respond to your comment and let you know if your video response is posted.

The answers I provide are from my training, education and experience as a swimmer/coach. I am attempting to provide an easily understood explanation to some of the more difficult swimming concept and struggles. Hang in there and hopefully it will all start to click!

I have created this channel to offer swimming tutorials, instruction and technique lessons for the beginning and developing swimmer. If you are a beginner, novice, intermediate or advanced swimmer then this channel will provide training and skill advice to help you become successful in the amazing sport of swimming. These videos will tackle flutter kick, dolphin kick, whip kick, water comfort, freestyle (front crawl), breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, back & front float, streamline mechanics and starting block specifics. If you are wanting videos on ‘how to teach a child to swim’ then hang tight, I will have those out shortly.
