SMOKEHOUSE BURGER with Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings on a PK Grill

Smokehouse Burger with Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings is delicious because We BBQ the Burger making it a Smoked Burger. Smoked Cheeseburgers get that extra ingredient of smoke. In this video we used Hickory to create a Hickory Smoked Smokehouse Burger. To make the cheeseburger extra special we added a bacon wrapped Onion ring. The Bacon Wrapped onion ring is not only visual stimulating but it also adds texture and taste to the Barbecued Smokehouse Burger.

Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings are easy to make and cook up relatively quick. If you are going to put a small bacon wrapped onion ring in the middle of the large bacon wrapped onion ring. Getting the bacon around the smaller onion ring can be tricky. Slice the bacon in half longways and that makes it a lot easier to wrap. Smoke then until bacon is cooked and you will hav the perfect topping to a smoked Cheeseburger.
