PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 DEGREES OR THE HIGHEST TEMP IT WILL GO.
BAKE ENTIRE PIZZA 10-14 MINS OR UNTIL CRUST AROUND THE EDGES ARE GOLDEN BROWN... but do not forget to pre bake the crust
INGREDIENTS:
12 inch cast iron skillet or pizza pan .. a sheet pan will be fine for this recipe you will just have to cut the pizza into squares to serve.
1 store bought pizza dough crust
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs adobo seasoning ( optional)
1 tbs Italian seasoning
3 tbs melted butter
To make the sauce: * please know that all seasonings measurements listed are to taste and can be adjusted.. I suggest starting out with a little but at a time and add more to desired taste*
1 & 1/2 cup heavy cream
1tbs chicken bouillon powder
1tsp cajun seasoning
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbs lemon juice or the juice from one lemon
3 tbs parmesan cheese
PIZZA TOPPINGS:
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup Italian cheese blend or more
1 1/2 cups medium size shrimp (with tail and shell removed and pat dry .. you can always add more or less if you want.)
desired amount of crab meat or claw meat. I used about 3/4 cup
to make this veggie pizza I suggest substituting with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers n onions etc.. the sauce base is great so subbing for veggies is still good! you can also use a cauliflower crust to make this keto or low carb friendly I guess lol!
