Luke's Lobster is a lobster roll shop in New York City that makes the best New England Style lobster rolls I've ever had. This is my Luke's Lobster copycat recipe. Luke's Lobster is basically a Maine style lobster roll, but I'm going to make this with a Connecticut style twist by heating the lobsters up in butter. I will teach you how to quickly kill a live lobster, how to boil a whole lobster and then how to get lobster meat out of its shell.
